I built a command-line tool that automates database schema migrations for PostgreSQL and MySQL databases. It reads migration files written in plain SQL or a simple YAML format, tracks applied migrations in a dedicated table, and supports both forward and rollback operations. The tool generates migration files from current schema diffs, so you never have to write boilerplate ALTER TABLE statements manually. It includes dry-run mode, colored terminal output, and integration with CI pipelines through a non-interactive flag. I created it because existing migration tools either felt too opinionated or lacked features I needed for multi-environment deployments. The project is MIT licensed and available on GitHub. I’m looking for contributors and testers who work with complex schema changes in production environments.
