I’ve been running a data processing pipeline inside a Docker container, and it keeps getting killed during heavy memory operations. The OOM killer terminates the process even though the host machine has 32GB of RAM available. I’ve tried adjusting memory limits in my docker-compose.yml file, but the container still crashes around the same threshold. I suspect the issue might be related to how I’m configuring cgroup memory limits or possibly a leak in my Python script that processes large CSV files. Has anyone dealt with similar OOM issues in containerized workloads? I’m running Docker Desktop on Ubuntu 22.04. Any suggestions on debugging memory allocation inside containers would be really helpful right now.
